When Dave cooks up a new idea, he wastes no time bringing it to fruition. This one went from concept (in the morning) to finished piece (this afternoon).
Here are a few shots of the process involved in making our new CTS-V billet water inlets for the factory V2 lid, which allow you to run AN lines and fittings. They start life as a chunk of aluminum and end as a cleanly machined and welded beauty.

We caught Doctor Duane as he was doing open-heart camshaft surgery on this ZR1. Attention to detail pays off, and Duane nails it every time.
Labor Day at Dedicated Motorsports means another opportunity to squeeze in a bit more work.
